Medication is not included. Brand-name medications are paid directly to the pharmacy or manufacturer program at their current self-pay price; Elysiv does not prescribe compounded products. Your provider will review exact pricing with you before any prescription so there are no surprises at the pharmacy.
NO CHARGE TO START
There is no charge to complete the assessment. Membership begins after your video visit. If your visit or your baseline labs show the program isn’t right for you, your provider tells you before any membership charge — and points you to care that fits.
WHY ONE TIER
Why one program?
Because the off-ramp isn’t a premium feature — it’s the whole point. We don’t offer a cheaper tier that strips out the labs, the scale, the muscle and bone plan or the off-ramp, because those aren’t extras. They’re how you actually keep the weight off, and how you keep your strength while you lose it.
Other practices offer a ‘budget’ GLP-1 plan, or bundle the medication into the fee. We don’t, because we don’t think there’s a safe way to do this without the full clinical scaffolding — and because a prescription should never be a condition of joining.
