Assessment, online
Your goals, your history, any prior GLP-1 experience, current medications, and what has and has not worked. Your answers stay in your browser until you request a visit; only your name, email and state are sent to us when you do.

ONE-TO-ONE
Video visit with your provider
You meet the provider who will see you every visit. Together you go through your history and your goals. Labs are ordered to a Quest or Labcorp near you, your body-composition scale is sent to your door, and — if medication is right for you — your prescription is sent to your pharmacy. Your plan is written: a protein target in grams, a strength plan, and supplements with a reason for each. Membership begins after this visit.

EVERY MONTH · BY VIDEO
Monthly follow-up
Your provider reviews your scan data — fat and lean mass, not just weight — alongside your labs and your strength work, then adjusts the dose, the protein target and the supplements. Between visits, you message your provider directly in the portal.
Medication is not included in the membership and is prescribed only when your provider determines it is appropriate for you; not everyone is a candidate. If the program is not right for you, your provider tells you before any membership charge.

Your off-ramp
When you reach your goal — or when cost, life or side effects mean it is time to stop — you and your provider decide the taper together. Follow-ups and strength work continue after the last dose, with a regain threshold and a plan if you cross it.
