DETAILED INTAKE
In-depth assessment
An in-depth assessment — not a 60-second survey. We ask about your goals, history, any prior GLP-1 experience, current medications, and what has and has not worked. Your answers stay in your browser until you book a visit.

AFTER YOUR ASSESSMENT
Labs
We order comprehensive labs to a Quest or LabCorp near you. Metabolic panel, lipids, HbA1c, thyroid, vitamin D — plus any deeper panels your case calls for.

ONE-TO-ONE TIME
Your provider visit
A one-to-one video visit with your assigned provider. You walk through your labs, your goals, the right medication for your body, and a customized plan that covers dose titration, nutrition, protein targets, training, and monitoring.

AFTER YOUR VISIT
Prescription & onboarding
If medication is appropriate, your provider sends the prescription. You get your Companion Blueprint, your protein and training targets, and the number for direct provider chat.

CONTINUOUS
Ongoing care
Message your provider. Monthly check-ins. Dose adjustments. Side-effect management. Quarterly lab reviews. Your plan evolves as you do.

When you hit your goal — or when cost, life, or side effects push you to stop — we taper you off strategically and build a maintenance plan so you keep what you earned.
