OUR STORY
We built the practice we wished existed.
Elysiv Life is a licensed telehealth weight-loss practice headquartered in Miami, Florida, with care delivered in the states where our providers are licensed. It was built by board-certified Nurse Practitioners with backgrounds in oncology, primary care, and metabolic medicine — because the current telehealth weight-loss landscape was leaving a lot of patients worse off than when they started.
Our clinical roots are in oncology and primary care — years spent alongside patients whose treatments demanded vigilant metabolic protection, watching them fight to keep their muscle, their strength, their resilience. Millions of people on GLP-1 therapy now face that same fight, and they deserve clinicians who treat it with the same seriousness.
GLP-1 therapy is remarkable medicine. When it is practiced carefully — with the right labs, the right titration, a real muscle-preservation protocol, and a thoughtful off-ramp — it changes lives. When it is practiced as a shipping subscription with faceless clinicians signing scripts, it strips away muscle, metabolic health, and the long-term results patients are paying for.
We chose the middle path: assigned providers for every patient, real medicine, and a panel sized so every member gets the attention they signed up for. Care is direct, labs are reviewed, prescriptions are titrated to the person in front of us.
